- Reservation Details : GEN – 31, SC-08, OBC-04, Ex-Servicemen- 01, PH – 01
- Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400 (After successful completion of training)
- Age : 20-40 years as on 01.08.2009
- Qualification : Degree of a recognized university or one of the other equivalent qualifications in Civil Engineering specified in Appendix “B” to the Punjab Service of Engineers Class II PWD (Public Health) Rules , 1966 . Provided that Degree obtained through correnspondence or distance education mode from Universities / Deemed Universities / Technical Institutions is valid qualification for initial recruitment only if such Degree programme of technical education conducted through distance education mode has been approved by the joint committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC . ii) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
