Applications on prescribed form are invited for admission to M.Sc. Environmental Sciences Programme, for the Session 2010 - 2011

Application form along with Information Bulletin can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Head, Department of Environmental Sciences, University of Jammu, payable at Jammu during working hours from 17th May, 2010 to 1st June, 2010 (By post) & upto 8th June, 2010 (By hand). Candidates desirous of obtaining application form by post must send a Demand Draft of Rs. 535/- to cover for the postage.

Application forms complete in all respects should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 8th June, 2010.

Entrance Test : 30th June, 2010

Eligibility : A Bachelor Degree in Science of 10+2+3 pattern with at least 50% of the aggregate marks (40% for Scheduled Caste & Schedule Tribe candidates & 60% for candidates belonging to other University) at the qualifying degree level with Biology as one of the elective subject at +2 level

Or

A Bachelor Degree of not less than 3Yrs. duration (after +2 level of School Education) in Forestry , Agriculture , Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Science, Engineering or Technology; with at least 50% of the aggregate marks (40% for Scheduled Caste & Schedule Tribe candidates & 60% for candidates belonging to other University)at the qualifying degree level with Biology as one of the elective subject at +2 level..
