Story Line:
Madhav Shastry (Madhavan) is an engineering student who is not at all interested in girls. He hates Rajeev (Saif Ali Khan) who is just the opposite a stylish Casanova who has girls after him all the time. After college they separate, Madhav joins a firm while Rajeev goes off to the US. While Madhav’s father coaxing him to get settled he ignores until he meets Reena (Diya Mirza) and falls in love, but she is set to be engaged to a childhood friend who she hasn’t seen for years. On his fathers and friends advice, Madhav pretends to be Reena’s childhood friend to wins her love. He succeeds and Reena falls for him. But when Reena meets her real suito(Fiance) everything goes haywire and the guy is Rajeev.
