Story Line:
Viren (Anil Kapoor) falls in love with Pallavi (Sridevi) on sight. Despite the gap in their ages, he is convinced he will marry her, only to be heartbroken when he learns she loves a man of her own generation, Siddarth. Leaving India after they marry, he returns many years later to discover they’ve died, leaving behind a daughter, Pooja. When Viren meets Pooja, he finds her the spitting image of her mother, and Pooja ends up falls in love with him, a relationship that he cannot allow himself to engage.
