Uday (Siddartha) is the son of a big business Tycoon. Sandhya (Shamili) is a simple girl who is religious, disciplined and perfectionist. Like their names, their thoughts are two extremes- like dawn and dusk. Uday falls in love with Sandhya and tries to attract her towards him. He covers up all his habits and interests and shows that both their thoughts and tasts are same. He strives hard to impress her with his acting . And slowly Sandhya inclines towards Uday.
