Young rich man Satish married to Shalini, loves her wife so much, because of the love he has in Shalini spends most of the time with her & shows no interest in business or other activities. Shalini mets with an accident on her way to her Mother's place for delivery. Satish getting shocked to come to know that he lost her loving wife Shalini, leads his life without interest in anything. Being advised by his friends and relatives to get re-married Satish denies their wish and agrees to engage a woman whom can be a surrogate mother for his baby. Sneha willing for the surrogating after giving the birth to the child not able to handover the child to Satish because of the bond she has with the baby. Finally Satish accepts Sneha as his wife.
